Initial Payment
Upon agreeing to work with Resdium, the client is required to make an upfront payment of 30% of the total project cost. This payment is essential to initiate the project and secure our services.
Project Initiation
Once the initial payment has been successfully received and processed, we will commence work on your project. Our team will work diligently to bring your vision to life and achieve your project goals.
Payment Milestones
Depending on the scope and duration of the project, there may be additional payment milestones agreed upon between Resdium and the client. These milestones will be clearly communicated and specified in the project proposal or contract.
Final Payment
Upon successful completion of the project, the remaining balance (70% of the total project cost) will be due. We will conduct thorough testing and ensure that all project requirements have been met before requesting the final payment.
Project Delivery
Once the final payment has been received and processed, we will deliver the completed project to the client. This includes all agreed-upon deliverables and assets.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to bank transfers, credit cards, and online payment platforms. The client is responsible for any associated transaction fees.
Late Payments
In the event of late payments, Resdium reserves the right to delay project delivery until payments are received. Additional charges or penalties may apply for payments that are significantly delayed.
Refund Policy
The initial payment is non-refundable once work has commenced on the project. Refunds for the final payment may be considered under exceptional circumstances and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Acknowledgment
By engaging with Resdium and making the initial payment, you acknowledge and agree to our payment terms outlined above. These terms are an integral part of our service agreement and contribute to a smooth and successful collaboration.
